AMHERST TOWN HALL

 

Interior and exterior renovation of this century old historic town hall, located in a college town, was recently completed. The 20,000 s.f. building required handicapped accessibility, space planning, structural improvements, and upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. Completed at a cost of approximately $2.3 million, cost control efforts were so successful that contingency funds were used to provide additional improvements.
