DRACUT TOWN OFFICE

 

This project consisted of a feasibility study for the relocation of the town offices, consolidating the Town's center. The study examined existing conditions, evaluated space and programming needs, and provided cost estimates and a space plan for the Town. Proposed improvements will affect 35,000 s.f. of municipal space at an estimated cost of $1.5 million.
