LANCASTER TOWN HALL Rowe Design Group provided a comprehensive building study for this historic Town Hall. The study addressed ADA, life safety, space planning, and historical preservation/ renovation issues. 13,000 s.f. of space were reviewed, with a proposed renovation cost of $1.8 million. |
