11 WATER STREET Rowe Design Group performed renovations and upgrades to a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority building originally built in 1911. 20,000 s.f. of building space were affected, at a cost of approximately $925,000. Major improvements and additions are planned for the new RDG headquarters.
