Rowe Design Group Inc. performed an interior and exterior renovation to an historic theater. The work included renovation of the auditorium, a restaurant, and the design for a comedy club under the main theater. Handicapped accessibility, space planning, and upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems were also implemented. Restoration and preservation of original finishes and details were maintained. Total cost for this 40,000 s.f. historical
preservation project was approximately $1 million.
